Samsung uses the popular Minecraft and Roblox games to find young talent.

Samsung, together with H20 Esports Campus, has launched an initiative called Samsung Sessions. It is aimed at finding game talents from young people who can be useful outside of the game world.


The program will use super-popular games-Minecraft and Roblox. With the help of these games, project participants will be able to gain programming skills, knowledge about digital design and game streaming. At the end of the program, the most talented participants will be given the opportunity to pick up the game they created as part of the project.


In total, more than 350 people will participate in the project. It starts in the Netherlands, where there is still a shortage of IT specialists, but later Samsung may well launch similar initiatives in other markets.
